Bouchard Pere & Fils Nuits-St-Georges 2019 750ml
Bouchard Père & Fils Nuits-Saint-Georges 2019 is a classic expression of one of Burgundy's most renowned red wine appellations, crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir. Produced by the historic Maison Bouchard Père & Fils, this 2019 vintage reflects the richness of a warm growing season while maintaining the elegance and freshness that define Nuits-Saint-Georges. Aromas of ripe black cherries, wild berries, violets, subtle spice, and earthy undertones lead to a silky, well-structured palate with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and impressive depth. Approachable in its youth yet capable of rewarding further cellaring, this refined Burgundy pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, duck, game, mushroom dishes, and mature cheeses.

A pretty red, featuring bright, pure cherry, raspberry, rose and spice flavors. This well-structured version is more elegant than powerful, offering a line of chalky tannins for support, with fine earth- and mineral-tinged length. Best from 2026 through 2040. 200 cases imported.

Intense aromas of berry fruit and spice. Rich, tannic and well structured, this wine develops additional roundness after several years in bottle. Good ageing potential.

Capital of the Cote de Nuits, this village is the home to the Hospices de Nuits that organizes an important auction of its production every year, as do the Hospices de Beaune. The main street in Nuits-Saint-Georges is named after Fagon, the doctor who treated Louis XIV and prescribed the town's wine for him. This is the most southernly appellation of the Cote de Nuits producing wines rich in tannin which gives them strength, depth and a high potential for laying down, from five to fifteen years.
TASTING NOTE: Intense aromas of berry fruit and spices on the nose. Rich, tannic and well structured, this wine develops additional roundness after a few years in bottle. Good ageing
