Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is an elegant and delicate red grape variety, celebrated for its silky texture, vibrant acidity and remarkable ability to express terroir. It typically shows flavours of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry and plum, with floral, earthy and spicy nuances. Pinot Noir is also one of the key grapes used in Champagne and other sparkling wines, and can develop beautifully with age.
