This intimate dinner brings together the family’s trio of exceptional Left Bank estates, each offering a distinct expression of its exceptional terroir – the opulent power of Château Lynch-Bages, the silken elegance of Château Haut-Batailley, and the robust, structured soul of Château Ormes de Pez. Immerse in the exquisite repertoire, including a horizontal of the phenomenal 2020 vintage, alongside artistic adaptations of provincial cuisine from the diverse cultural regions of China.
The Cazes family has been rooted in the Medoc for generations, a name synonymous with visionary Bordeaux craftsmanship. Over the years, the family has acquired and successfully nurtured some of Bordeaux’s most iconic and beloved estates. Château Lynch-Bages, the legendary Pauillac Fifth Growth that routinely commands the prestige and opulence of a First Growth; Château Haut-Batailley, a historic Pauillac Grand Cru Classé celebrated for its structural elegance and refinement; and Château Ormes de Pez, a Saint-Estèphe icon revered for its robust, deeply evocative power and classic, structured soul.
