Each release unveils distinctive and innovative packaging that seeks to bring new life to organic by-products which have ended their usual course. It fuses innovative techniques with materials from the natural world at the end of their life to see them reborn with a renewed purpose. 

Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut

A vibrant expression bottled at 46.3% ABV, Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut reveals notes of fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruits layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice. The palate unfolds with coconut milk, zesty lime and soft sweetness, leading to a bright, floral finish.

Through precise cask selection and maturation expertise, our Whisky Mastery Team has skilfully drawn forward a nuanced coconut character rarely present in The Macallan, showcasing the balance between the science and art of whisky making.

Mastery and Nature
Inspired by our deep-rooted connection to the natural world, The Macallan Harmony Collection embraces the use of organic materials in its packaging, creating beauty from resources at the end of their natural lives. 

The coconut character is derived from natural characteristics present in the sherry seasoned American oak casks, specifically selected for the high levels of oak lactones found in the wood. The inclusion of sherry seasoned American oak heightens the presence of coconut aromas and flavours, drawn from the natural characteristics of the wood and finessed by bourbon casks.

Presentation
The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is presented in an innovative material that gives new life to coconut waste. The presentation box is crafted using paper that incorporates discarded coconut fibres. 

Using an emission free combustion process, waste coconut coir and shells are charred to produce charcoal, which imparts a natural black colour to the paper.

Serving & Storage

Serving Temperature: Best enjoyed neat at 18–20°C to appreciate its full complexity. A few drops of still water can be added to open up the whisky's tropical fruit, coconut and vanilla notes. For a refreshing serve, enjoy over a large ice cube.

Glassware: Serve in a whisky glass to concentrate the aromas.

Storage: Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the bottle tightly sealed to preserve its delicate aromas and flavours. Once opened, it is best enjoyed within 1–2 years for optimal freshness, although it can remain enjoyable for longer if stored properly.
