To mark the release of the 6th and final season of the acclaimed series, take a swig of the Shelby Company?s seductive Saint-Emilion made by Vignobles Bardet, in official partnership with the TV series Peaky Blinders. A wine full of character, representative of the Shelby family. The 2019 Saint-Emilion bottled in order of the Shelby Company limited is a blend of 72% Merlot, 22% Cabernet f***ing Franc and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are grown on soils of sands and rocky aggregates around the old port of Saint-Emilion and vinification takes place in concrete tanks in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The wine is dark and intense in colour like Thomas Shelby?s eyes, with an expressive nose of blackcurrant and other black fruits. The palate strikes a balance between a powerful and complex Arthur, and a smooth and elegant Polly.
