The Heritage vintage is a blend of many appellations from the Bordeaux region. Each terroir is selected by Baron Philippe de Rothschild and brings a distinctive set of typical characteristics to Mouton Cadet. Initially the nose reveals aromas of black fruits. Then, after breathing, we discover delicate roasted notes. The palate's attack reveals gentle notes of black fruits and spice. The black fruit aromas gain in strength on the mid-palate to leave space for the spiced aromas and some beautiful roasted notes on the full, gently tannic finish. This wine partners perfectly with red meat.
