Leeuwin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc 2025 750ml
Leeuwin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a vibrant, fragrant and immediately approachable Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc. The vintage benefits from ideal ripening conditions that preserved bright natural acidity and intense varietal character. Lime zest, citrus blossom, lemongrass, guava and honeydew lead into a crisp, finely textured palate with Meyer lemon, grapefruit, pomelo, lime leaf and subtle mineral and herbal notes.

The 2025 Siblings Sauvignon Blanc leads with passion fruit and basil, thyme and scratched lime zest. Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc is very often concentrated, a little tropical and loaded with flavor. Here, the wine absolutely fits the brief, and it offers tremendous value for money. It is gently textural/chalky, with saline acidity and bright fruit. It is really smart. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

An inviting and incredibly buoyant palate bursts with energy and fruit concentration. A myriad of lime zest, citrus, lemon sherbet and lychees offer direction, and combined with laced acidity, create the corridor with gentle layers on the mid-palate. The lingering finish is encased with delicate textures.
Vibrancy and vitality are the hallmarks here. Lemon meets lime and guava while quince sits alongside. Lemon myrtle, Wattyl and cardamom pod provide lift and perfume. Delicate layers of almond and a touch a cedar offer beautiful complexity.
