Tasting Notes
Nose: Vibrant and aromatic, with generous toasted oak sweetness alongside French patisserie, freshly baked Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry.
Palate: Deep, velvety and indulgently smooth, revealing café crème, soft brown sugar and delicate spice. The Cognac finish adds further richness and sophistication.
Finish: Exceptionally long and sweet, with lingering polished oak and gentle spice.
