Les Champs de l'Abbaye Rully Les Cailloux 2021 is a precise and mineral Chardonnay from Rully in Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise. Produced from organically farmed vines planted on a limestone-rich site, it combines bright citrus and floral aromas with fine mineral depth, subtle vanilla and a saline, refreshing finish. The 2021 vintage is a particularly elegant expression of the domaine's terroir, offering excellent freshness and a distinctive chalky character.

Appearance: Bright, crystalline pale yellow.
Nose: Fine and precise, with lemon peel, citrus blossom and delicate vanilla alongside subtle wet-stone and mineral aromas.
Palate: Focused and energetic, with grapefruit, lemon and orchard-fruit flavours. Fine saline notes and a gently creamy texture give the wine depth without compromising its freshness.
Finish: Long, dry and mineral, with refreshing citrus acidity, salty stone character and persistent fruit.
