Domaine Francois Raquillet Mercurey La Brigadiere 2022 750ml
A refined and mineral-driven white Burgundy from the Côte Chalonnaise. Delicate aromas of white flowers, dried citrus, and acacia unfold over time, supported by a taut, precise palate. Aged 12 months in 400L barrels, this Chardonnay offers subtle complexity and elegant structure. Ideal for early enjoyment or short-term cellaring. Serve at 14°C.

Nice complexity on the palate. Concentrated and with some extra dimensions this is a fine example of village Mercurey Blanc. Will be a rewarding early-drinking example.

The aromas are more subtle than exuberant and evolve over time with notes of dried fruit. The mouth is taut, rectilinear then persists and opens with time.
