Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru 2013 750ml
Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru 2013 is an elegant, mature expression of one of Chablis’ seven Grand Cru climats. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it offers delicate floral and citrus aromas, followed by layers of honey, almond, green fruit and flinty minerality. Silky and concentrated on the palate, it combines fine texture with fresh mineral character and an exceptionally long, dry finish.

Pale yellow in the color. Well restrained aromas of lemon and peer with concentrated and firm body. Honey, straw, green fruits and mineral on palate. Dry in the end with extremely long finish. What a great effort from a normal vintage, although the flavor is not special but the structure was built in a perfect shape.
