In the 13th century, the Cistercian monks received a few feet of located on "Mont Chauve" or "Mount Rachaz" between Puligny and Chassagne. Over the centuries, the Montrachet has earned the nicknames "White Vine of the Lord" or "King of Kings." It is considered today as the greatest white wine the world's dry. AGEING: The cellars of the Bastions of the former Ch?aeau de Beaune offer ideal environmental conditions. Thanks to natural humidity and temperatures this Grand Cru enjoys from an early age a perfectly adapted environment to a serene ageing.
