Experience the pinnacle of fine wine luxury in this intimate evening of French excellence. This ultra exclusive event celebrates the confluence of two distinguished châteaux from the Cazes family stable – Lynch Bages and Haut Batailley – and the exquisite, contemporary French cuisine of three Michelin-starred Odette. Immerse in a rare, refined sensory journey in a curated vertical where we open our library of very limited back vintages as old as 28 years.
With a rich history spanning four centuries, the iconic Pauillac Fifth Growth Château Lynch Bages has flourished remarkably under the family’s stewardship since 1939, transcending its official classification to rival the quality of Bordeaux’s legendary First Growths. Vintage after vintage, the wine has acquired greater accuracy, adding distinction to the hedonistic character that made its reputation. Château Haut-Batailley represents a more graceful, poetic side of the appellation. Acquired by the Cazes family in 2017, the historic Grand Cru Classé has entered a brilliant new era of precision and prestige. Sitting on the southern edge of Pauillac, directly bordering Saint-Julien, its uniquely positioned terroir produces a beautifully harmonious wine of refined elegance.
