Oban Single Malt Scotch Whisky 14Yrs 700ml

Oban 14 is like a taste of Scotland’s rugged coastline in a glass. It comes from one of the oldest distilleries, right where the Highlands meet the Islands — a perfect spot for making whisky with a little salty sea breeze. It pours a warm olive-gold color and smells of sweet fruits like oranges, lemons, and pears, mixed with a hint of sea salt and smoky peat. On the palate, it’s full and rich, with flavors of dried figs and honeyed spices, balanced by that classic smoky dryness. The finish is long and smooth, with a touch of oak and a salty edge.

For two centuries Oban's bustling fishing village has set on the frontier of the West Highlands and the Islands, at the meeting place of land and sea. One of Scotland's oldest licensed distilleries, Oban's sheltered harbour is perfect for two thing: seafaring and whisky making. Oban 14 Years Old is a combination of rich sweetness with a smoky dryness and appetising spice distinguishes this lovingly-matured Highland malt.
