A special seasonal release from the Macallan, celebrating Hogmanay – new year in Scotland. Created in collaboration with Chinese artist Nini Sum, it evokes Sum’s early memories of the New Year celebrations. This limited-edition whisky was matured in both ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, imparting aromas of honeysuckle, fruit cake and toasted coconut on the nose, leading to a more sherried influenced palate.
