Glenfiddich Single Malt Whisky Grand Yozakura 29Yrs 700ml
The Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura 29 Year Old is a rare limited edition celebrating Japan’s cherry blossom season. Aged for 29 years in American and European oak, then finished in ex-Awamori casks, it offers aromas of ripe fruit, caramelised almonds, and oak spice. The palate reveals creamy vanilla toffee, toasted oak, citrus, and green apple, leading to a long, elegant finish. A refined fusion of Scottish tradition and Japanese influence.

Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura, ‘cherry blossom viewing at night’ in Japanese, is the magical moment of fleeting beauty when Japanese cherry blossoms are admired and celebrated under moonlight.
Colour: Deep Gold.
Nose: Zesty, ripe fruits and caramelised almonds. Lovely rich oak notes with hints of cinnamon and a distinctive herbal zing.
Taste: Indulgent layers of toasted oak, creamy vanilla toffee and silky tannin. Sporadic bursts of spice and sherbet lemons with crunchy green apple and warming earthy tones.
Finish: Long lasting oak.
“Awamori is much like whisky, with a diverse range of flavours. The extra finish in ex-Awamori Casks compliments the smooth Glenfiddich taste profile, elevating the finish and lifting the flavour to a new level, accentuating the mouthfeel characters and zingy herbal notes unlike any in the series, or anything I have tasted before.” - Brian Kinsman, Malt Master, Glenfiddich
