A bright nose of black cherries, redcurrants, plums and hints of coffee and spices. Very crunchy and juicy on the palate with a medium body and refined tannins. Impressively balanced and drinkable. Drink or hold.

Color: Intense purple color with violets edge
Nose: Expressive nose, fresh red fruit aromas such as plum and rosehip.
Palate: Fresh and fruity attack and a medium body with juicy tannins.

Service and Food Pairing: Serve at 16C (60F). The ideal companion for well grilled red meat, Bolognese pasta and cheese.
