Lethbridge Hillside Haven Pinot Noir 2018 750ml

Lethbridge Hillside Haven Pinot Noir 2018 is a beautifully perfumed, site-driven wine from a rare granite-based vineyard in Geelong’s Moorabool Valley. With 40% whole bunch fermentation and aging in 40% new French oak, it delivers a lifted bouquet of florals and spice, underpinned by fine tannins and a distinctive mineral edge. Think elegance over power—graceful, aromatic, and quietly complex.

The Story:
“What I like about this vineyard, is that it’s not about structure but about perfume, the granite gives you this lightness of touch. While most of Geelong is planted on basalt clay and limestone, this is totally unique. Etherial perfume and a mineralogy rarely seen in Geelong Pinot Noir” Ray
Winemaking Description:
Wild yeast fermented with around 40% whole bunches. The wine was then matured for 10 months in 40% new French oak barriques.
