Vignoble des Cabottes
Established in 2025 under the visionary direction of the Pinault family’s Artémis Domaines, whose illustrious portfolio includes Château Latour and Clos de Tart, Vignoble Cabottes brings together some of the Côte de Beaune’s most coveted terroirs under one distinguished identity.

By selecting only the most prestigious Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels, including the legendary Chevalier-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne and the iconic Beaune Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus, the consolidation of these exceptional vineyards marries centuries of rich, storied viticultural heritage with the astute craftsmanship of a boutique domaine. Each cuvée embodies the distinctive character of its terroir, elevated by Artémis Domaines’ uncompromising pursuit of quality.

The estate is named after the cabottes, traditional dry-stone shelters scattered throughout the Côte d’Or, structures that embody centuries of winemaking expertise and bear witness to a profound connection with these lands.
