Freixenet Organic Cava Brut is a quality sparkling wine produced with organic grapes from Spain’s Valencia wine region and crafted in the traditional method with the upmost respect for the environment. A wonderfully refreshing and complex cava that is very food friendly.

Blend: Macabeo (75%) & Chardonnay (25%)

Ageing: 12 - 20 months
Dosage: 8 grams per litre
Alcohol: 11.5%

This is the first organic cava from Valencia produced with hand harvested local organic grapes. Made in the same traditional techniques as Champagne, this is a crisp, fruity and well-balanced brut cava. Flavours and aromas of ripe apple, juicy pear with hints of lime and white flowers. An ideal wine for any occasion and many cuisines.
