Hints of eucalyptus, bay leaf and sage appear on the nose of the 2018 Fields Of Joy Shiraz. That's balanced by bold boysenberry fruit flavors, a medium to full-bodied palate and a taut, crisp finish. It's a wine that would benefit from a brief decanting or a couple of years in the cellar.

Lifted, welcoming, red fruited with multi-dimensional bouquets, deft mouthfeel and a core of soft fruits on a graceful finish.
Colour
Bright crimson with a black core.
Aroma
Notes of black cherry, red currant, and blueberry accented by notes of eucalypt, tobacco leaf, and black pepper.
Palate
A medium to full bodied wine, your palate is hit with a lovely burst of primary red and blue fruits upon entry, complimented with complexing notes of provencal herbs, eucalypt, dried flowers and pepper.
