Aromas of sliced apple and pear with hints of flowers and cream. Some peach too. Full-bodied, creamy and fine with mineral, chalk and sliced green apples that turn to delicate white peach. This has a base of 2011 with some 2010 and 2009. Drink now.

This cuvee has been elaborated from the four Grand Cru vineyards of the Cote des Blancs : Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger.
Tasting notes
This cuvee is a blend of two different years revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay. Its complexity, its great vinosity and the surprisingly fresh finish is particularly appreciated by the most informed wine lovers.

APPEARANCE: The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the glints of its golden colour.
AROMA: A pure intensity of dry fruits aromas, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of white flesh fruits.
PALATE: The creamy sensation of the bubbles combines with buttered brioche and mineral aromas. It has a persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness.
TASTING: Enjoy not only with caviar or seafood but also with grilled fish.
