At this luxurious wine dinner, we open the vault of California’s most elite with a specially curated vertical of Dominus, Napanook and Ulysses - including the quadruple 100-pointer Dominus 2013 – kicked off by an exclusive preview tasting of the latest 2023 vintage – recently released to critical acclaim. Under the visionary stewardship of the Moueix family, these estates represent the absolute peak of Napa Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a rare opportunity to savour the nuances of the valley’s most prestigious vineyards, alongside the curated menu of CUT by Wolfgang Puck.
Established in 1983 by Christian Moueix on the famed Napanook Vineyard, Dominus Estate has since ascended the ranks of Napa Valley’s finest, becoming a highly coveted “cult” Napa Valley wine. A vivid expression of its unique site, Dominus is a profound and powerful wine, exemplifying purity and ageing potential. Its second wine, Napanook, is pure, sculpted, seductive, and immediately enjoyable. A younger estate rising to the upper echelon of Napa Valley, the Ulysses Vineyard on Napa Valley’s Oakville bench was acquired in 2008 by Christian Moueix. An icon in the making, it is a distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon, accented by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, that reflects the individuality and exceptional potential of the Ulysses Vineyard.
