O'leary Walker Polish Hill Armagh Shiraz 2018 750ml

This Shiraz blends grapes from two spots — the cooler Polish Hill River and the warmer Armagh up north. They use some whole bunch fermentation, which helps bring out the true character of the grape. On the palate, expect rich, sweet flavors of blackberry, plum, and a touch of black olive. It’s powerful but balanced, with chalky tannins and hints of mocha chocolate. The wine’s got a tight, fine grain texture and the fruit and oak play really nicely together. A solid, well-structured Shiraz with personality.
