Les Vins De Vienne La Bachole Hermitage 2010 is a small-production gem (just 2,000 bottles!) from the storied slopes of Tain l’Hermitage. Made from old-vine Marsanne, it’s rich and layered with ripe pear, honey, and a whisper of oak. Aged on lees in French barrels, it offers a creamy, complex mouthfeel—perfect with grilled lobster or veal chops. Think refined, yet soulful—a white wine with both history and heart.

Vinification and ageing: pressing in the whole harvest. Cold settling for 48 hours. Using input products outside the 2 . Fermentations in barrels and turns at low temperature with yeasts native for about 4 months. 
Ageing for 9 months on lees in barrel french oak. Clay bonding, filtration tangential before bottling. Annual production: 2,000 bottles
