Chateau Giscours Margaux 1995 750ml

A refined and elegant Grand Cru Classé from the Margaux appellation, the 1995 Château Giscours showcases harmony and finesse. Aromas of crushed raspberries, blackberries, and subtle toast lead into a full-bodied palate with fine, silky tannins and a long, caressing finish. Rich yet balanced, it captures the essence of Margaux charm—refined structure, beautiful aromatics, and graceful ageing potential.

A very refined red. One of the best Giscours in years. Wonderful aromas of crushed raspberries, blackberries and other fruits. Full-bodied, with very fine tannins and a long, caressing finish. All in finesse. Best after 2001. 20,000 cases made.

Rich and sweet and presumably here because the Berrys team stay at Giscours/Tertre during primeurs week. Resolved and easy and flattering. Light and toasty. Long.
