At this exclusive wine dinner, immerse in a captivating evening with two distinguished estates from the DBR Lafite stable. Delight in the crisp, refined Chablis wines of William Fèvre, along with the bold yet graceful reds from Château Duhart-Milon, paired with the specially curated menu from Maison Boulud.
Located next door to Château Lafite Rothschild, Château Duhart-Milon was acquired by DBR Lafite in 1962. This initiated a renaissance of the estate with major upgrades put in motion from uprooting and replanting of vines to building a new cellar and vat rooms. Today, these new vines have matured and the finished renovations add a finishing touch to the 40-year restoration, revitalising the esteemed Fourth Growth, the only one in Pauillac.
Domaine William Fèvre, the largest owner of Grands Crus in Chablis, covers 70 hectares across 90 separate plots of prestigious vineyards in the heart of the Chablis. The estate passionately crafts wines of great complexity, mineral character and immense freshness that express its unique Kimmeridgian terroir. In January 2024, Domaine William Fevre joined the DBR Lafite family, where the respect for terroirs remains as much at its heart as it did from the beginning.
