Beautifully fragrant nose with spiced peach biscuits and almonds, fresh lemons and wet, chalky nuances. The palate has a smooth, pastry-like texture with very composed peaches and grapefruit at the core. Drink or hold.

The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy is promising, offering up attractive aromas of lemon, mandarin oil, sweet white flowers and light reduction. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, tangy and elegantly textured, with good depth and structure. Thirty percent matured in barrel, the balance in tank.
Source: Winemaker,
One of the main Premiers Crus on the left bank, Beauroy extends beyond Chablis and several surrounding districts with its clay-limestone soils. Very typical Chablis style with good ageing potential, the wines show great finesse.
Tasting: Fine, subtle bouquet with lovely mineral and floral notes. On the palate, good balance between richness, liveliness and vigor.
Food and wine pairing: Fish, shellfish and other seafood, grilled or in a cream sauce. Poultry and white meat, grilled or in a cream sauce.
