The grapes that are used to give rise to this nectar are selected and ripen in the steep hills of a small area in the municipality of Vidor called Colbertaldo.

The soil, the climate and the work of man united together give rise to an unmistakable sparkling wine. A precious Cru with inimitable characteristics

When poured into the glass, the bubbles rise in an orderly and slow manner. The perlage is subtle and elegant.

If we bring the glass to the nose, the aromas of fruit, apple and pear are easily distinguishable . Even if loreals are net, wisteria and acacia flowers. Slight citrus notes blend with other delicate aromas.

In the mouth, it is decidedly harmonious. Soft and slightly acid. Balanced, rightly savory and the taste is persistent as is the aftertaste.

In the kitchen it goes perfectly with any appetizer, fish dishes and typical regional recipes such as some soups and risottos.

It should be uncorked fresh so that it can give the best of itself and highlight all its characteristics. Then serve it at a temperature of about 6-8 C
