The Blend
Block Blend is crafted from the best vineyard blocks of Silverado’s two estate Chardonnay vineyards.
70% VINEBURG VINEYARD | BLOCKS: B3 / B1 Situated on the Carneros flats, Vineburg Vineyard is located south of Sonoma in the Los Carneros AVA. For complexity, five clones were planted on two types of rootstock, with closely-spaced vines to achieve a low yield per vine delivering intense flavors.
30% FIRETREE VINEYARD | BLOCKS: F / E / D Tucked away in the northeastern corner of the Los Carneros AVA, Firetree vineyard is located off a narrow road that winds through the hills. The steep, 30- to 50-degree slopes of sandstone and shale, complemented by the San Pablo Bay’s cooling influence create a classic site for Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of orange blossom and melon join flavors of golden delicious apple, pear, and hints of citrus marmalade and ginger. Medium-bodied with a soft, round texture and long finish.
