13+ years in the making, Nadeson Collis are the brainchild of husband and wife winemakers Ray Nadeson & Maree Collis. The NADESON COLLIS Inception is a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, 15 months on lees with 1.5g/l dosage.
Using the finest Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from Drumborg, Henty the grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of barriques and foudre. 75% from the 2017 vintage with 25% reserve wine coming from a perpetual blend that has been developing since 2006.
