Lime-yellow colour with golden highlights, the initial nose opens onto white flowers (acacia and hawthorn), the airing gives notes of citrus (yuzu and bergamot) and a hint of minerality (flint), typical to the appellation. The palate’s attack is smooth and fresh with citrus to wake up the palate while the middle shows itself to be refined with notes of passion fruit and sage. The finish is marked by a minerality that is very present on the nose. Taste this wine alongside a carpaccio of scallops or even chicken supreme with creamed mushrooms.
