Very attractive pinot with dried-strawberry, floral and fresh-flower character. Medium body. Fresh and vivid palate with fine, dusty tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink or hold.

The Story: Flares (not guilty), pirate shirts (guilty as charged),shoulder pads (more Maree?s thing), they all look ridiculous 5 years after being the height of fashion. There is also fashion in wine, think big rich, sweet tannic Shiraz, or the current trend for early picked, lean and stemmy Syrah. The best wines must transcend fashion as they will be at their peak when the trend has long past.
