Tasting
Color: Pale yellow with golden hues.
Nose: Elegant and complex fruit, with apricot and cantaloupe aromas.
Palate: Fruit, with volume and structure. Refreshing and complex with a long finish.

Service and Food pairing: Serve cold, between 10/12C (50/53 F). Ideal as a starter with fish and seafood. Perfect for seafood preparations with crab and shrimp.

Harvest
Good temperature and luminosity during spring, lack of rains when bloorning, lack of spring frosts and proper water management during growing season and ripening are positive conditions.

Vinification
Grapes were picked and sent in refrigerated containers to our winery in the Colchagua V alley. Our key points are strict fruit selection using Vistalys technology. The grapes were either directly pressed or destemmed, crushed and pressed. Then we racked the juice for a natural decantation in stainless steel tanks. We fermented 100% of the clear juice in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit. No malolactic fermentation was done.
