Ways to enjoy La La Land: Outside, preferably with a water view and a boatload of friends. Amazing with anything seafood. Or a big bowl of pasta with basil pesto sauce.
How: Styled after Vermentino from Sardinia? aromatic and slightly richer. Fermented warm at 18?C in stainless steel. A tiny amount of oak staves were added to 70% of the wine to give texture and mouthfeel. Nothing else added as this fruit does all the talking!
