Ways to enjoy La La Land: Summer days with friends, a picnic blanket and a croquet set. Delicious downed with platters of antipasto, bowls of fresh prawns or a huge pan of paella.
How: Made using the French saign?e method (to bleed). Pinot Noir juice spent a very short time on skins to achieve minimal phenolic and colour extraction, and obtain its beautiful pale colour. The juice was
then treated to a slow, cool ferment in stainless steel. Minimal intervention to achieve the most natural expression of the wine.

La La Land is an eclectic collection of new generation, adding a breath of fresh air to the sometimes-stuffy world of wine. We value creativity, connectivity and always challenging ?traditional? wine conventions.
La La Land wines are created with grape varieties slightly different to the norm – ones that are well suited to the warm climate of north west Victoria. These wines are flavoursome and generous, made with creative flair and a touch of funk.
