The 2020 vintage was relatively warm and humid. Winter, and especially the month of November, has a particularly rainy and stormy summer, constituting good water resources in the soil. In this line, spring, accompanied the growth of the vine thanks to good nitrogen availability. Whether the summer was very hot on the coast, the vineyard of the domain was preserved from the heat wave under the effect of the winds east, favouring the hygrometry. These meteorological conditions combined with rigorous pruning, harmonious flowering and meticulous monitoring of plots have produced beautiful and numerous bunches, with generous berries. The result is fine and delicate juices, fresh and lively, far from overconcentration and excess. THE grenaches are exceptional for their very pure aromatics, just like the tibourens, among the first grapes harvested and vinified. The colorful Syrahs develop their typicality and spices, and the Mourv?dres their nobility, combining delicacy and power. The Cinsaults, delicate at harvest time, revealed their full potential once settled. Finally, the rolles were harvested in two stages. The harvest of the 20 August delivered targeted juices, on freshness and tension. The following days revealed denser fruit, which will bring another dimension to the assembly. A special year yet full of promise.
