A rich, deep and intriguing nose, showing fresh blackberries, wet stones, graphite, iodine and blue flowers. A full-bodied tannat with dense but polished tannins. Tight, but caressing. Drink or hold.
Of a deep purple colour, this powerful Tannat has an elegant nose, with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, black plums, tobacco and black chocolate on a spice-flavoured range. It is a full-bodied wine with a juicy and fresh mouth, pleasant sensation and a long and vibrant finish.
Fermentation: 80 hl concrete tanks
Aging: 12 – 18 months in untoasted French oak barrels
Varietal: 100% Tannat
