TASTING NOTE
Of a deep purple colour, this powerful Tannat has an elegant nose, with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, black plums, tobacco and black chocolate on a spice-flavoured range. It is a full-bodied wine with a juicy and fresh mouth, pleasant sensation and a long and vibrant finish.

Aging: 12 – 18 months in untoasted French oak barrels

Pairing
A wine of great structure, it pairs nicely with regional dishes such as local lamb. Cured cheeses like Parmesan or a duck cassoulet showcase the wine’s spicy notes. It pairs perfectly with traditional French cuisine.
