Fermentation: Traditional, controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks to highlight its varietal characteristics.
Aging: 3 – 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
Varietal: 90% Viognier, 10% Chardonnay.
Alcohol: 13,5%.
