Our Beaujolais-Villages comes from our friends Louis-Benoet and Claude-Emmanuelle Desvignes. The fruit is from 60-year-old vines in the village of Jullie, planted at altitude on pink granite soils. The cool location and the vines? deep roots keep the wine juicy and fresh; the succulent berry fruit reflects the sunny vintage. Whole-bunch fermentation and ageing without oak makes for a floral, elegant and charming expression of Beaujolais.
