Vinification
Manual harvest during the early morning, in the month of April, at the moment of full polyphenolic maturity.
Selection of berries manually.
Pre-fermentation cold maceration.
This wine rested in new French oak barrels (50%), 1st (25%) and 2nd use (25%) for a period of 12 months before being stored in bottles for a minimum of 8 months.

Tasting notes
Deep color with intense violet hues. Of high complexity; Complex aromas of red fruits and flowers, where the typical violets of the variety stand out. Sophisticated tannins are perceived in the mouth, with an outstanding personality. Long and extremely pleasant finish.
Serve at 16 C. Suitable for storage.
