Melon and toffee-apple aromas give this medium-bodied and lively torrontes some appeal. The tart finish could be brighter. Drink now. Screw cap.
Andeluna ‘1300’ Torrontes is made from premium grapes grown at an altitude of 1300 metres, in the foothills of the Andes. Torrontes (a relative of the Muscat grape) has become Argentina’s speciality white grape. This example is one of the most complex wines you can buy at the price: wonderfully aromatic and grapey, with a mixture of crisp mineral and tropical flavours.
