This estate is close to Bordeaux. The blend of Merlot with touches of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot has produced a wine with dark cherry and vanilla aromas. Its ripe fruits, juicy and dense, are full bodied and still young. Drink from 2026. — Roger Voss

Blackcurrants, licorice, spearmint, rust and bark on the nose. It’s medium- to full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins. Compact and flavorful, if a little rustic in tannin texture. Needs to soften. Try in 2025.
