A refined and mineral-driven white Burgundy from the Côte Chalonnaise. Delicate aromas of white flowers, dried citrus, and acacia unfold over time, supported by a taut, precise palate. Nice complexity on the palate. Concentrated and with some extra dimensions this is a fine example of village Mercurey Blanc. Will be a rewarding early-drinking example.

This plot produces a precise, straightforward, very distinguished and mineral wine. The aromas are more delicate than exuberant and evolve over time with notes of dried fruits, citrus, white flowers, and acacia. The palate is taut and straight, then persists and opens up with time.
