Poliziano Le Stanze IGT 2019 750ml
Here’s a bold and polished Super Tuscan with real flair. The 2019 Le Stanze blends Cabernet and Merlot for a wine that’s rich, structured, and vibrant—packed with cassis, olives, and a zippy wasabi-like freshness that keeps things lifted. It’s complex, modern, and seriously age-worthy, but already drinking beautifully.

Tightly wound and dense, this red features pure flavors of black currant and blackberry that show accents of iron, cedar and oak spices, with tannins flexing their presence on the long finish. Energetic and fresh, with a lasting impression of sweet, ripe fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Best from 2026 through 2045. 1,666 cases made, 250 cases imported.

This has a subtle and exotic wasabi-like piquancy and freshness to the olives, cassis and currant leaves. Rich, flavorful and pretty full-bodied on the palate with firm, polished tannins and bright acidity helping to chip away the heaviness here. Really vivid and mouthwatering finish with a lengthy closure. Bravo! Drink or hold.
