The term "Angel's Share" refers to the small amount of wine that evaporates from oak barrels during maturation. It is a poetic way of referring to the evaporation, with the idea that angels are taking their share of the wine. 

COLOUR | Magenta to black in colour.

AROMA | Generous plum/mulberry fruit with chocolate/mocha characters and notes of earth and spice.

PALATE | The wine opens with an explosion of rich, powerful fruit that tantalises the palate. This initial burst releases a wave of juicy flavours and elongated fruit notes, gradually balanced by broad tannins. It’s remarkably easy to drink, making a bold statement before delivering a full-bodied experience.
