Made entirely from hand-harvested Glera grapes, it shines with a fine, elegant perlage and a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, expect a fresh mix of orchard fruit and white flowers, classic to high-end Prosecco. On the palate, it's dry but balanced, offering a clean and harmonious sip with just 8g/L of residual sugar—enough to round out the flavors without losing that crisp edge.

This wine is produced after a selection of the best grapes in the sweet hills of San Pietro di Barbozza producing area, where the grapes are strictly hand-picked. 
Its perlage is fine and elegant and its colour is brilliant pale straw yellow. Fruity notes together with a floral bouquet, typical of Prosecco, complete the flavour, that is delicate, dry but harmonious, so that you can remember it after the first taste. 
Suggested food to accompany: as aperitif, with fish or crustaceans meals.
