At this exquisite affair, experience three estates at the pinnacle of their craft on a grand odyssey through Pauillac Sauternes and Tokaj. This symphony of world-class wines is artfully paired with the mystical, sensual, and charming Cantonese cuisine of Madame Fan.
The journey begins at the prestigious vineyards of Disznókő from the historic Tokaj wine region of Hungary, an estate at the forefront of the renaissance of truly great Tokaj wines. An iconic vineyard of the Tokaj region, Disznókő is acclaimed as one of the most favourable sites for the production of Aszú wines.
The next sojourn takes us to the Premier Cru Classé Château Suduiraut, one of Sauternes’ oldest and most storied estates that stands as a benchmark for the region’s finest botrytised wines. With perfectly positioned vineyards, Suduiraut benefits from a rare microclimate that nurtures noble rot in its most exceptional form. Inspired by the great Suduiraut wines of the past, the new leadership has propelled this great vineyard to fulfil its fullest potential in recent years.
Finally, we land at the majestic Pauillac vineyard of the Super Second Château Pichon Baron – its neo-classical turrets are amongst the most iconic images of Bordelaise grandeur in the entire region. Marking a remarkable rise to a peak of excellence that rivals Bordeaux’s First Growths, it is regarded as one of Bordeaux's most illustrious Super Seconds with wines of great elegance, finesse, and complexity. Enjoy rare highly rated mature vintages 2005 and 2009 released directly from their cellars.
