Set your hearts and palates ablaze with the scintillating pairing of Chilean icon Almaviva’s magnificent wines – including 100-pointer 2015 vintage – and COTE Singapore’s premium cuts expertly grilled to mouthwatering perfection. Exemplifying the confluence of cultures in both wine and gastronomy, Almaviva is a harmonious marriage of classic Bordeaux expertise and New World terroir, while COTE Singapore marries the conviviality of a refined Korean BBQ experience and the hallmarks of an American steakhouse.

Almaviva is the fruit of a felicitous encounter and profound alliance between two historical wine families Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Bordeaux’s Château Mouton Rothschild and Chile’s Viña Concha y Toro. It was the very first wine in Chile created under the French Château concept, crafting an exceptionally elegant and complex Chilean wine made from a blend of classic Bordeaux varieties that has given prominence to Chile's ability to produce world-class wines. With its refined quality and style, Almaviva is indeed a legendary Chilean icon that rightfully deserves to be regarded as one of the great wines of the world
 
COTE Singapore is the first overseas outpost of one-Michelin starred COTE from USA – the first and only Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse. Offering the highest quality prime beef cuts, the menu for this evening is a signature of the restaurant showcasing four specially curated premium cuts.
